Student Leaders Abroad is growing to include trips with a scientific focus! Join us in room 141 on Wednesday, March 29th at 6:00pm for a parent meeting to learn all about our first trip. Summer 2018, students will be traveling to the Dominican Republic to serve with local environmental groups on coral reef restoration, mangrove reforestation, and meet some marine biologists working in this area. In addition to the service hours they will earn, they will get to have some serious fun on all the excursions around the island. It will be an amazing trip so don’t let your student miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity! Email Sarah Noack at to let me know that you’ll be coming. I look forward to seeing you there!
