McCallum Dance – Support Us with a Sponsorship or Ad!
McCallum Dance Guild provides volunteer and funding support for the McCallum Youth Dance Company. Your Sponsorship or advertising enables the Guild to continue to provide 100% funding of the dance program adjudicators and special events, concert support (program printing and costuming) and the continued growth of the program itself. The Guild is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization, with tax EIN 81-1735747.
Sponsorships are purchased by both families and businesses. (At the $250 and up level, sponsors receive ads that ads run in all three concert programs during the dance season, reaching more than 2,000 audience members and also include VIP concert tickets and other promotional perks.)
- October 7, 2018 for most Sponsorship levels for ads to appear in all three concert programs. Sponsorships placed after this deadline may be included in the remaining concert programs for the year; ad benefits do not carry over to the next school year.
- Silver sponsorships can be purchased at any time and do not have ads in the Concert programs.
Ads and Shoutouts ($15-$750)
Ads and shoutouts are available on a season basis (will run in all three dance programs) or a per-show basis.
- October 7, 2018 for season ads (appear in all three concert programs) and one-time ads/shoutouts for the fall dance concert.
- Three weeks in advance of each dance show (March 8th + 9th – Spring Concert, May 3rd + 4th – Student-Directed Concert) for one-time ads and shoutouts. Submissions after this deadline will not be placed in the program.
